4.After click on " Forgot Login Details? " you will get a code through SMS or email.
5. Enter recived code there and set your password again.
After this, your password will be reset.
Once the return request has been initiated, and your item has been picked up or dropped off, it takes 6-10 business days for the return process to be completed.
No, you don't pay for the return. But if you can return on " Change your Mind " you need to pay the delivery fee.
Drop-off: You can drop off your item at the nearest Leopards office. You must drop off your item within 2 days.
The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned or canceled product. You will be refunded in the following cases:

We have a huge seller base and each seller sources their product differently due to which prices fluctuate for the same product but you can choose depending on your preference as the product quality remains the same.
If you bought a product for which warranty was advertised but did not receive a warranty card, your product may be eligible for an E-Warranty. You may visit the manufacturer warranty portal and enter your product serial/IMEI number to confirm.
If your product does not have E-Warranty, and you did not receive a warranty card, reach out to 1BUY3 and we will arrange a Warranty Card for you, or facilitate a return in case a card cannot be arranged.
Once your return order is received at the warehouse, our quality team checks the product as per your return reasons. If your return reason is not valid, then your order is returned back to you.
Your return may be rejected due to the following reasons:
If your order is missing any component, freebies, warranty card, etc.
If your order's brand packaging or tag is missing or damaged.
After Quality Check, if your return reason is found to be invalid or mismatched.
After final QC, if your return falls into any of the above conditions, the team will contact you to inform you about your returned item.
No, 1BUY3 does not deliver orders outside of Pakistan.
With all due respect, unfortunately, 1BUY3 does not have an exchange or replacement policy but you can always initiate a return request if your order is defective, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect within 3 days of receiving the order.

Seller Warranty:
If your product is eligible for a seller warranty it will be indicated as “local seller warranty” on the product detail page. To claim a seller warranty, you can contact the seller through the product page or you can also contact the seller through the contact details mentioned on the invoice.
Brand Warranty:
If your product is eligible for the brand warranty it will be indicated as “brand warranty” on the product detail page.
If your product is within the warranty duration and malfunctions during normal usage, you do not have to worry about the repairing cost.
If your product has passed the warranty duration, or is physically damaged, or violates a warranty condition as set out by the manufacturer, you will be responsible for the repair cost. We suggest you repair the product at the service center authorized by the manufacturer for better quality services.
